bought a s/mime certificate from #actalis in Italy.. they debited the money alright, but impossible to get an invoice from them.. called them, emailed them, opened a ticket.. nothing.. amazingly poor service.. useless gits...

I want to endorse #actalis (www.actalis.com) as an viable European alternative. They offer free, unlimited certificates if you are using ACME.
