Pencil sketch of design and construction for an action figure.

It's not the construction so much, but the making of useful molds that is going to be an issue I think. Bear in mind, a lot of the parts are going to be softer resin (with voids for the connectors), and RTV silicon for the molds.

Thoughts? Advice?
