After restarting my “adapted physical activities” and stationary bike session.

It’s tough but worth it… 💪🏻

First “Adapted Physical Activity” session today
Most challenging were the ones on the balance pad. I was swaying wildly like the poor guy in the video or a tree in a storm, especially with eyes closed! 😱
Followed by 10 minutes on the exercise bike

I congratulated myself 😁
