“Here, let me warm your cheeks.” Rina was grinning as she spoke, and Neene recoiled at the sudden ambush.
“What the HELL, your hands are FREEZING!” She protested.
“Oh shush, don’t doubt my CLEARLY pure motives!” Rina replied with a huff. “Besides, I got a warm heart.” She added with a gentle smile.
“So what you’re saying…” Neene began. “Is that I should warm my hand on your ches—“
“—Please don’t finish that sentence.” Rina interjected indignantly. “Or the cold will be the least of your cheeks’ worries.” Rina finished with a mischievous smirk.

“Your love is like a Bullet, with it, you stop my Heart.”

Y'ever hear those Pirate stories? Yana used to tell them before bed, she knew I loved em', tales of lovable scoundrels and daring rogues, battling baddies and finding cursed treasure hidden amongst the Sea of Stars, heh, I'd listen wide eyed and enthralled, imagining my own adventures... True pirates may not be quite so dashing, but they're far more daring, and the Curse that lay at the heart of Karthakk was no mere bedtime story, "The Dragon's Breath" was horrifyingly real...

~Quinn Shara's memoirs, early Rebellion years, on the so-called "Curse of Karthakk".

Despite Grace's size, a year is a long time to stay cooped up on a starship, and when Quinn joined Isabelle's rebels she'd imagined a life of, well, rebellion, whilst the other members had spent that time running small Guerrilla operations against the Empire, the most action Quinn had seen was the odd and uneventful patrol, she was itching to contribute to the team, and she may finally have that chance. The mission sounds simple, meet with a contact on the Nar Shaddaa, and exchange payment for information, not a glamorous job, but if she can pull it off it could finally be the chance she needs to prove herself, what could go wrong?

Well, the Force works in mysterious ways, and on the Smugglers' Moon anything can happen, as Quinn awaits her briefing, far far away eyes gaze upwards towards the stars, a young child without a name, resigned to a fate of squalor and starvation, feels something, a ripple through the Force, it's something she cannot understand, a feeling completely alien to her: Hope.
