This my whisky friends is IMO a fine dram. A complicated if no slightly convoluted maturation process. 48.9abv ( NCF don’t think so) not much peat on the nose, loads of vanilla, lemon sherbets, gentle peat finish. Could go on but not enough characters! It’s just nice. #whisky #Ailsabay #dramfam
