I have some good news: I extracted the Alex model myself from the TR 2013 gamefiles (Steam version), now with full face rig. Here's the first thing I made (this was inspired by one of my friend's artworks). Made this in XPS.

This piece of art took very long to make, but this is my first time trying a new artstyle. I draw this on paper first, take a picture, and then it goes onto my laptop. I color in the good stuff using MS Paint. It was quite tedious but relaxing to do.
