I also visited #AubreyLake during my time in #AlgomaDistrict, which is separated from Rocky Island Lake by a dam. Both are part of the Mississagi River system, which supplies hydro to the USA. Aubrey Lake was especially gorgeous, with tons of cliffs, some great early-morning mist and rocky inlets.

In July I visited #RockyIslandLake, in #AlgomaDistrict. Stunning place. I toured the bottom half of the lake - I was not disappointed. Those early-morning reflections were perfection. The water was still as ice. My 🩵 affair w #NorthernOntario - and #Highway129 - continues. #KoralAdventureSeries
