Today I made Moroccan food for seven people and didn't keep one morsel of leftovers for the wife & I. Our guests got it all. Hummus, khobz, Loubia, and couscous. The Loubia was cooked in my tagine, and it's arguably the best dish I've ever made in that thing! #moroccanfood #allhomemade 🍽

It might be meteorological Spring, but it's not quite warm enough for a full on salad. This wee panzanella on the side absolutely hit the spot 😋 plus, it's so pretty! Having a stash of stale cubed bread in the freezer to make the croutons was👌
