Use PascalCase when trying to pass parameters and environment variables to a Job Queue, not camelCase.

A tip for anyone attempting to pass environment variables from Amazon Event Bridge events to containerized tasks in the AWS Batch side of things:

Use PascalCase, not camelCase. The capitalization is important.
