Ginisang Ampalaya.

I still have ampalaya or bitter gourd left from yesterday so I decided to make this. I don't soak it or rub salt, I just remove the pith and slice them. I don't mind the bitterness, it's supposed to be like that anyway.

Stir-fried bitter gourd and egg. Or ginisang ampalaya.

Instead of soaking or salting the fruit, I added a bit of sugar and some szechuan peppercorns.
