I'm at #AMS2025 in Houston this week.
And to think #AMS2025 in New Orleans last year missed historic snow (sneaux) by one week !
To those of you coming to Houston for #AMS2025, I strongly encourage you to plan your meals out a bit. You’re coming to one of the best food cities you’ll ever come to for an AMS meeting. Getting out of downtown is encouraged. In some cases, even a longer Uber ride will be worth it. Plan plan plan.

watching Weatherbrains attm. and one of the first things mentioned in the "year in review" was the big snow on the gulf coast on the week after #AMS2025 (on my birthday ironically).
and I remember some of the conversation on that storm. (1 of 2)
