So sorry to hear of the death of wonderful Radio 1 DJ Andy Kershaw. His musical favorites spanned rock, folk and global sounds. He frequently cited Bob Dylan as his ultimate favourite and described The Clash as the "last word in rock and roll bands". He was just 66 when he died. #AndyKershaw

Once upon a time, #AndyKershaw came to my studio to record a voiceover for a motorbike video. He ignored the No Smoking signs and exhaled smelly fog over the mic all afternoon. But he did arrive on a Harley Davidson, so that was cool.
