A winged blond man smiles into the distance with teal eyes, a smaller pair of wings wrapped around his neck like tall collar and an interconnected sharp red diamond patterns adorned his all-white vest. Light illuminates him from behind, giving gim angelic look. He is the guardian angel of a soldier next to him: a tired and weary looking man with short unruly black hair, garbed in dirty chainmail that's layered with similarly dirtied cloth. He's holding a kettle-hat style helmet. The light caresses him from behind.
Written on the first sketch: "in a petty race to win over Angel of Death, he (the guardian angel) saves him (the soldier) but not out of kindness. Per the rules, the soldier now owes the angel his life, which the latter made sure to always remind him of that (in their further meetings)." On the second sketch: "Bad luck consistently occurs around the soldier, thanks to him (the guardian angel)."
