I didn’t really know what I wanted this account to be (personal? tech related?) but I’ve just now decided that I’m going to use this account to shame all of the bad site design I come across

Very long question on a web form that includes asking "What percentage of your total time is allocated to the activity?" and "What percentage of your overall expenses is allocated to this activity?". There is an error message above the input and it is marked with a red box. The error says: Input contains invalid % characters.

I'm filling out IRS Form 1023 so @wpa11yday@wptoots.social can get its own 501(c)(3) nonprofit status instead of being fiscally sponsored. It's super lazy coding to ask a question about percentages but not allow the % symbol to be entered in the input. 🙄 #annoyingUI #webdev #usability
