This book means quite a lot to me. I’m the whitest cracker around but I grew up in a very culturally Chinese/Vietnamese city with lots of friends of those cultures. I had a “intense sense of justice” so seeing friends bullied just for their name or skin PMO!

AMAZING BOOK ALERT!

“Be your own man” is a book meant for boys between the ages of 8-12 but I truly think boys/men of all ages could benefit from this book. Being your own man doesn’t have to be in the stereotypical ways you see in media.
