I wonder what the Apple Notes sync implementation is that it keeps fucking up merging this badly, even when it's a single user making two edits a good 30-40 minutes apart, from the same network, with neither device having gone offline in the mean time.

Also, new windows should show folders and notes navigation.
Tip - you can change the accent color from the unreadable orange/yellow default to the "standard" hyperlink blue. I wish I could do the same in iOS/iPadOS
