Du hast da sehr schöne Punkte drin... Tatsächlich gibt es von Apple die "Planning Essentials" die ich auch als APLS an Schulen durchführe... es entsteht ein detaillierter Zeitplan mit "Meilensteinen" und vor allem Verantwortlichkeiten... kann ich nur empfehlen!
