A Cecaelian woman (i.e. an aquan squid-like woman from Dungeons and Dragons homebrew) laughs hysterically with blood covering her mouth and hands. Her orange irises aren't the same size, and her tendril hair is raised in a Medusa fashion. She's 3/4 angled to the viewers left. Her own left hand is partially covering her face. This hand has spread flat fingers that are connected with a small amount of finger webbing that comes up to the first knuckle. Her right hand pressed it's palm into her right cheek, her index finger extended while the others curl more toward her cheek. Her dark green hands have bright orange, henna inspired markings on them as well as long, sharp, orange nails. This bitch is crazy looking and definitely unalived someone.
