It’s a jester clown with the jester hat with bells style and the right side is dark blue and the left side is red. The clown is also wearing a neck ruff. The clown has red teary eyes to show the clown in a state of sadness. She has a typical white face and instead of the big round ball on the nose it’s a painted red circle. She has a vertically elongated stars painted on her face to go with the clown makeup.
