When I was a child I had a fall and probably fractuurei my elbow, maybe my parents did not think it was serious at the time, but many years have passed and sometimes the pain comes back and to make a movement the elbow snaps, I also left it there and have been living with my elbow like this for a long time. Today I think about the importance of body care and how it is noticeable before events, the body shows signs that something does not go as well as he wanted.
