My rendered sketch process technique for my commissions is finally revealed!! There’s nothing much to it, I just go crazy blending my sketch and refining it and add a layer of shininess on top! Disclaimer: I don’t have a way to tell where the source of light is coming from I just go with the vibes 😭 I’m in love with how I rendered the messy pigtails but omg it took me such a long time!! A greyscale of my OCs character reference sheet!! I usually render my sketches like this then add colour after. I really love just shading and cleaning up the sketch 💖 Yenfan is my alien-obsessed OC! She loves all things to do with aliens and dreams of becoming an astronaut one day. Little does she know, she’s actually the alien herself 🫢

My most toxic trait is making characters reference sheets for my OCs only to end up forgetting to use them 🫠
