ages ago (specifically those with ADHD, ASD & AuDHD) and received several replies. It's one of the reasons I urge those communities to use #askAuDHD so we can ask questions, find community, share stories/experiences, as well as share possible solutions or possibly work towards the ones we don't have

Since it doesn't exist may I suggest the hashtags #askAuDHD or #askingAuDHD for Autistic people who also have ADHD (AuDHD), those who suspect they might be #AuDHD or those who wish to understand AuDHD?
