Oan.. I don't even think he can smell anymore. If he had a favorite scent, it's long lost to time.
Nephrite enjoys the scents of the Mosaic, so essentially just the scent of coffee. Not many natural scents inside S9 to appreciate.

Sokushi, if she has a smell she likes, wouldn't admit to it. It's probably the ocean though.
Brati enjoys the smell of Qih'to and that's probably just the somnus but that's a lot to unpack either way.

Bal enjoys the scent of mahogany. It reminds him of home.
Qih'to just generally enjoys anything herbaceous. Sage, oregano, tarragon, etc. Largely due to his line of work. It's just familiar.
