I really struggle to understand people who are against Assisted dying.
If I had a terminal illness with approx* 6 months to live and those 6 months were going to be in pain & misery, having a dignified death on my terms would be a no-brainer for me. #assistedying

Nudging works.
If the bill passes how much will we see nudging toward assisted dying? #assistedying
I hope that rather than the current lack of concern for their members the UK therapy regulatory bodies can get their heads out their backsides and consider thoughtful, nuanced and useful guidance around working with assisted dying.

As someone who has had time over the past year to contemplate death, I really hope that the #assistedying legislation is voted through on Friday. In most of these cases, dignity will already have been lost in final months of life, the least we can do as a society is give them dignity in death #uk
Thank you @iandunt.bsky.social for an excellent piece on #assistedying and the proposed Bill. I wish that there had been proper debate based on the issues outlined. I was very moved by your balanced and empathic writing
That's very rude,I've never trolled there or anywhere. We're all entitled to a freedom of choice, mine is against #assistedying & to date I'm still free to say so. Horrendous #Liverpoolpathway is eg.of why UK shouldn't do this. Govts must take good care of people from #NHS birth to the end of life
