Personality-wise, Chromium seems very uptight and wants nothing more than to be surrounded in clean, safe environments for his mistress' sake. He absolutely abhors messes and (messy people for that matter) and cleans up any and all messes that he can.
Chromium is Helium's butler and caretaker and has always been at her beck and call ever since she can remember. Chromium will do anything it takes to keep Helium safe, but it gets increasingly hard when her job at the MPA means she always puts herself in harm's way!
