American Vanguard Reports Full Year 2025 Results American Vanguard (NYSE:AVD) reported full year 2025 results on March 16, 2026. Key 2025 metrics include net sales $515 million, GAAP net loss $50 million and adjusted EBITDA $39.2 million.The company agreed to two new term loans totaling $285 million, forecasted adjusted EBITDA $44–48 million for 2026, and announced rationalization of its Los Angeles manufacturing facility. Management highlighted cost, margin and operational improvements and a planned HQ move in mid-2026.
