In the Open-LA, we tracked individual flies as they self-administered #appetitive (good) vs. #aversive (bad) odors and simulated taste experience, alone and in combination. We wanted to understand how each stimulus guided their volitional choices and multiple #behaviors over time.

I talked to her trainer at Ahimsa, they said she sees the nose-leads as an #Aversive now and recommend not using on her any more. Unless she is choosing to put her nose in the Halti it is an #Aversive and my strong willed girl is saying no.
