I remember meeting #AlanRickman at London’s #SouthBankCentre, I think in 1997 or 1998, realising how tall he was, and getting his autograph. I was so #awed by this moment, and can totally remembering ‘melting’ in his presence. The memories people hold of him in this article are so #treasured.

I may have worked in and around politics for 25 years, but I can’t think of somewhere I’d rather be today than on a mountaintop in Palm Springs — as always with these two, we were #awed and #odd (seemed like the perfect spot for splits 😆)
Reads weather app about possible Aurora Borealis. Falls asleep. Awakes with a start at 3 AM. Goes to outdoor deck and sees dancing green drapery. Hurriedly dresses, grabs DSLR but not tripod. Freezes ass off for an hour, delighted. Nobody else in the 'hood arose for this. #aurora #photography #awed
