わかりづらいけれど雛がいるのを今朝確認
Mother Cooper has been seen on her nest almost daily since we restarted our morning walk.
It’s hard to see, but we confirmed her babies this morning.

We had a baby Cooper's hawk in the backyard this morning! He was about the size of a large woodpecker (maybe a foot/30 cm long). The chickadees were MUCH too fast for him.
