Ginger beef & onions w/snap peas (and a hint of bok choy and scallions) with help from Bachan’s (took the “scary” out). Not traditional, don’t @ me. I still suck at making rice so I doubled up on veggies. (Maybe one day I’ll buy a rice cooker.)
