A nice 10k run at the beach this morning. It was my longest run this year. It was a tough winter for running. I have 40ish streak keepers already this year

It's been a lovely sunny day here, so I thought I'd take the opportunity for a little jog. #Barefoot, of course, it being Thursday & therefore #BarefootCrew5K day.

Equal fastest time yet for that route. Guess I *am* getting fit!
