In the upper part of the canvas there is a realistically coloured (orange-white) barn owl flying still and looking down at a human figure. Their wings are spread high above themselves. Approximately in the middle of the canvas is a huge, standing realistically coloured (orange-brown) lynx on a meadow, facing to the right side of the canvas, looking down ahead to the human figure. The human figure is very tiny compared to the lynx and they are crouching on a hag stone, looking back at the lynx, waiting, hoping. There are plants and river-like flow in the bottom of the painting. There are "wet" spiderwebs that look like string lights. The forest has an overall mystical feeling, the plants are unrealistic, fairytale-like.

I wanted to study a moomin-kind-of-world, magical fairytale with a realistic touch. And the animals ought to become visible in this mystical realm of my mind.
