Just noticed that both the Australian team and the Indian team, both their support squads, and the umpires are all wearing black armbands.

Nice touch.

Play is resuming now.

My cricket bat in my front window.

My cricket bat in my front window.

We've got a world-class international cricketer with a lacerated spleen from rolling on the ball, now a 17yo has died after being hit in the neck by a wanger-launched ball.

Cricket isn't supposed to be dangerous, never mind life-threatening.
