Tonight is county style ribs smoked pork ribs, on sale at San’s. Honey Hog hot for the rub and smoked at 225 for 2 hours on the Traegar. Then I wrapped with Whomp Sauce, agave with jalapeño and pineapple nectar to 195. Glazed them with Whomp Sauce and pineapple pepper jelly! #BBQcommunity #FoodSky
