This is the type of dingus who CLEARLY shouldn't have a ballot. Every single year, he votes for very obvious Hall of Famers, one or two Phillies, and nobody else. He makes the entire #BBWAA look stupid. He's like the shady Veterans Committee that got Harold Baines into the @baseballhall.org.

I get your point; it's the end result. But I question a system where someone can be so uninformed, need to be so strategic, or be so attention starved that they take it out on a more-than-worthy candidate. If none of this matters, then why have #BBWAA vote at all? Just have @baseballhall.org pick.

If you do not vote for someone who received 99.746% of the votes, you should lose your ability to vote for 5 or 50 years.
