I cancelled my cell and internet with #BellMTS at the start of January and now have double the data, same if not better internet and I’m saving $40-50/mth. My account had a surplus of $60+ which was supposed to have been sent by cheque 4-6 weeks after cancellation. Still haven't received it.
I haven't had services with #BellMTS for years but my parents do so when they moved I had to switch over services. You all know the living hell that's coming right? (a short 🧵)
How is this okay? Infrastructure aside, the house beside us has better speed we can’t access because of the. Street we’re on. It’s like living rural in the centre of the damn city.
