I hear a lot of "the journals would possibly not agree to X Y and Z".
I don't think that's true, see what happened with preprints. The journals will go where the community goes, we should be driving the change #bioPeerReview

Who can fix this? Scientists? Statisticians? Reviewers? the NIH? Funders?
Protip: if the NIH wants to help fix this, they gotta step up with $$ to backup more expensive experiments, more ppl required to perform them, etc
