This afternoon in #Argentina's wine country (lee side of Andes rigde) , foehn winds developed lifting large dust clouds. At the same time, Argentina is also covered by smoke from #biomassburning coming down from farther north and some local too.

As I noted yesterday, thick #smoke in S. America was moving south into #Argentina now almost reaching the Buenos Aires metropolitan area and surroundings.
