As a result, every 4-5 months, for about a month; I end up staying up till 6am, sleeping 2-3 hours then being a dragon the rest of the day.
Right. Slept about 3¾ hours. Felt wide awake. Not watching that ceiling any more, so time for that "medieval sleep" experiment. I am now out of bed, downstairs, and will probably read or stream something for about two hours, then try to sleep some more hours. 🤷🏼♂️ #BiphasicSleep #OneAM #WeWillSee
