Bipolar is a hard illness to live with, and it's pretty much a life sentence when you're diagnosed. You have to take multiple medications, and it's a constant balancing act between dosages. Many get hospitalized at some point.

I think going down to half a pill of my meds was a good choice. I'm actually getting sleep.
