公式では11:35に完売したとアナウンスしていたけど、私が買ったのは11:38で、さらに後ろに10〜15分待ちくらいの列が出来ていたけど、どうなっているんだろう。
かなり間が空いたのでお昼を食べて一旦帰宅。

Homemade polao/pilav/pulao... (Bengali style of course)
basmati rice, little spices, goat meat, not fiery, aromatic, soft sweetness of fried onion, dry fruits and the surprise joy of that golden potato.
