At home is challenging for me. I found a cool as place that I really comfortable in. It's was a Trapyoga class with a cool as instructor. I think he may steam class online. I'll see if I can find it.

On and off for like 5 years, just recently started being more diligent as a stress reliever and anxiety reducer.

Took yoga freshman year in college as part of my commitment to take a movement class every semester, 2004. Life got crazy but just when I was ready to checkout, I came back.
I'm now 500 hr certified, been teaching since 2020.

I mentioned that learning to do a headstand was one of my motivations for sticking with yoga.
Thankfully, I’ve been able to accomplish that.

Had a some I didn’t get to last night.
i’m extremely proud of learning to do a headstand. I hate stretching and getting into yoga was challenging for me. It took me months to build up my foundation, and I was able to do it. Now I don’t know how to act! Lol
