Next spin ready for the wheel! I've divided it for a fractal spin, it's the first time I'm trying it. I'm excited about this one!
The fiber is blue faced Leicester from Aloha Blu

Yarn bought yesterday from #secondcityyarns in #birmingham UK. Named after areas in Birmingham on the famous no 11 bus route.
Look at the lovely sheen on it. #bluefacedleicester

Top down pic of a knitted rainbow swatch on the left, slightly overlapping a crochet rainbow swatch on the right. These swatches show the whole Variegated Infinity Rainbow Bundle in DK used in colourway order, with no mixing required to obtain a lovely fade.

This is because the colourways will move beautifully into one another with little effort, as each one contains a colour from the one before and the one after (e.g. if you start with Pink/Coral, the colourway before that contained Pink (Magenta/Pink), and the colourway after it contains the Coral (Coral/Yellow)).

The rainbow in the swatches moves from the top down through neon magenta, pink, coral, yellow, green, aqua, lavender, purple, and back to magenta, then repeats. Both swatches have two repeats, showing how the bundle can go round and round and round, in any direction you like, and starting from any point in the bundle, which is what makes it 'infinite' 🌈

Top down pic of a knitted rainbow swatch on the left, slightly overlapping a crochet rainbow swatch on the right. These swatches show the whole Variegated Infinity Rainbow Bundle in 4ply held double to marl the colourways together because marling is always cool (i.e. Magenta/Pink held with Pink/Coral, then Pink/Coral held with Coral/Yellow).

Even though the colourways will move beautifully into one another with little effort, the marling does produce some cool extra fading potential. You could even add in each colourway held double with itself between each combination to extend the fade, e.g 2 strands Magenta/Pink, then Magenta/Pink held with Pink/Coral, then 2 strands Pink/Coral, then Pink/Coral held with Coral/Yellow, etc.

I'm spinning too thin spindles again. This project is going to take forever or at least several months to finish into yarn.
