Many of us come home for #Christmas. So do #swift parrots. Each #spring they cross Bass Strait to nest in #Tasmania’s #bluegum forests – but their habitat is shrinking.

A couple of weeks ago, with support from the City of Hobart, TLC carried out a successful #ecological burn at our Tinderbox Hills Reserve. This carefully planned burn is part of our ongoing efforts to #protect the #ecological values of the area, especially the #bluegum and #whitegum forests.
