This morning’s fancy(ish) #blueskybreakfast: a simple southwest scramble (onions and peppers first sautéed in chili-infused olive oil) with cheesy, chili crisp blue grits.
The grits look like cat puke, but it all tasted amazing.
A small stack of French toast with a few bites taken out of it and syrup pooling below it, alongside a foldover colby jack omelette on a white ceramic plate. Also a crappy black plastic spoon because that's all that was handy to eat with. But it kept me from just wolfing everything down in like 90 seconds, so who are you to judge?
