This is a picture of a Boglin, a 90s toy that was a hand Puppet of a creature called a Boglin. The Puppet is a rubberised body and head that you fit your hand into, with an open mouth that can be manipulated to look as if thy Boglin is speaking. This one in particular should glow in the dark, but it's been in storage for 6 years, so who knows if it actually does.
