Album cover -- I'm guessing here, but this appears to be a barber shop in an impoverished area in Brazil - the pictures appear to be various hairstyles patrons can request. The pictures are painted in a "primitive" folk-art style, showing the models with blue skin, which is odd, and colorful shirts. They appear to be white men, and some of them are depicted smoking a pipe (?) There's also a calendar with a picture of a military general, and walls of corrugated steel.
