These visitors from the UK recently enjoyed a nice paddle from Bouley Bay. Exploring the coastline along to White Rock and back they got to see quiet a mixture of bird life while getting a good workout.

Calm sea conditions for a great paddle from Bouley Bay to Rozel return yesterday.

This mother a daughter team were strong paddlers, which enabled us to get a bit further along the coast than usual. Covering 4.75 miles.
