I think the issue with #generative #MachineLearning (aka #GenAI) and with humans is not their #boundedness, but unfounded and often deeply unfair claims of #general #understanding.
Since medical school, I unceasingly have interactions with colleagues of differing areas of expertise who suggest there are things that should be common knowledge #relevance #boundedness #pluripotent #scopeofpractice
If 'everything' is Relevant in Medical Education, yet Learning rate is limited by Cognitive Load, then we need to stipulate realistic Competencies for different levels of Training or Expertise. #relevance #cognitiveload #boundedness #fairness #milestones
