The first one offers amazing views of the town and the Mississippi River. If you need a place to stay, try the St. James Hotel downtown, but be warned: it's haunted! If you survive the night, there's plenty of shopping to be had. If the weather's questionable, you can visit the shops at the Mall, which are inside and warm in winter.
